This was one of the complex implementations having more than hundred business rules around NIR and Change Order. Data volume was over hundred million contract header and lines and large number of change orders and NIR in daily transactions. We played key role in greenfield implementation of Oracle cloud supply chain management at a Skincare and Beauty Care product company. It was a highly efficient implementation with a extreme control on budget and timeline. We implemented all key modules of supply chain management such as Order Management , Inventory , purchasing, Supply and Demand Planning cloud.
First phase of project was focused on cloud financial and basic of supply chain and in second phase we implemented planning and product data hub and integrated order management with e-commerce platform.
We played a key role in supply chain implementation project at one of the nation largest home delivery pharmacy where daily prescription volume was over hundred fifty thousand. Order management at home delivery pharmacy was one of the complex implementations by any industry standard. Integration with multiple systems and customization of user interface, use of heuristic algorithm , integration with artificial intelligence system were some of the key highlights of this implementation.
