Business Development Manager

Oracle Fusion ERP & AI Solutions

Full-time Business Development Oracle Fusion ERP

1ERP is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. If you know how to open doors, build pipeline, and get people excited about what AI can do for their business, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

Identify and generate qualified leads among organizations running (or planning to adopt) Oracle Fusion ERP.
Pitch and sell our Fusion AI tools and services, from implementation to intelligent automation.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first touch to close.
Understand client pain points and map them to the right solutions.
Partner with our technical and delivery teams to turn conversations into contracts.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP is a strong plus.
A knack for prospecting and comfort with outbound outreach.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to talk to decision-makers.
Self-starter energy, you don't wait to be told where the next deal is.
